Balance Training

Many people have a hard time with balance. Your difficulties can be multi-faceted. Our unique approach assists you with your inner ear, eyes, feet, knees, hips, and core to improve your overall balance. We work the vestibular system (inner ear, eyes, and sensation), larger muscles of the body, and the smaller muscles to help you coordinate neck motions, head motions, core, and lower body with reduced loss of balance and to decrease your dizziness/vertigo.
