Exercise Specialist

Lauren is a 4th-year undergraduate currently studying Nutritional Sciences at the University of Florida. She grew up in Chelmsford, MA, and spent 18 years as a competitive dancer before coming to Florida.  When she is not at GPTW, she enjoys working out, hanging out with her dog, and spending time with friends! Lauren aspires to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the future!
